Make sure while you are on your weight loss journey to take pictures every few weeks to see your progress. You might not recognize it because you are seeing yourself everyday. Put the current picture beside the starting picture. Make sure it is visible so you can be reminded often. When you have a higher amount of weight to lose, you can still see yourself as the person starting and not how far you have come. #rechargenutrition #beyoursuccessstory
