Morning Motivation


Start your day with your best foot forward! Have a positive attitude that you will stay on plan. Don’t look for small justifications. They add up. Have the mindset that it isn’t, “Just a taste of something”, or “that it was just one cookie, I didn’t eat them all.” It is about not having it now, so that when you are at your goal and want to have a sweet on your “day to indulge” that you enjoy it. Then, you won’t feel guilty. You follow it up with that next day back on track.
