Portabella Mushroom Burgers

1. Wash and dry large (hamburger bun size) Portabella Mushrooms
2. Grill on the BBQ until semi-shrunk to dry up a lot of the moisture inside, season with sea salt & pepper and complaint seasonings you like
3. Serve your very lean hamburger, turkey or chicken burger on the mushrooms as buns. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, hot peppers, cucumber or any veggies you like with a burger, Walden Farms Ketchup and or mayo, approved mustard or Walden Farms dressing you like or an approved hot sauce.
