Biggest Loser of the Week: Melanie L.
This particular dieter is nearing the end of the diet program. She has stayed very focused the last few weeks as she is trying to get to her goal weight as quickly as possible. She did exceptionally well this past week - She lost a total of 4.2 pounds, that's 2.74% of her body weight!!! Not to mention the 1.3% body fat and the 1.75 inches she lost. Awesome job Melanie, you are true inspiration!
